Chris joined the Olde Heritage Team in April of 2009, bringing with him 15 years of real estate experience. Ten of those years were spent in new construction sales. For the past five years, Chris has focused on residential listing and buyer representation in Lancaster, Chester, and Southern Berks Counties. Chris enjoys a relationship-focused approach to buying and selling homes, seeking to discover and meet the needs of his clients. A native of Chester County, Chris moved to Lancaster County in 1979 where he lives with his wife, Laurie, and four children. When not selling real estate, Chris spends his time as a folk artist, painting scenes of Lancaster County. He also enjoys watching English "football."
